I've worked in the fitness industry here in Boston for 9 years. In my time in the profession I've realized that fitness is just as much mental as it is physical. Most people work out to improve their lives, to deal with emotions or situations or to simply disconnect from life for a bit. My hope with this website is to take you on your physical fitness journey while promoting healthy living through thought provoking conversations, breaking down barriers and supporting each other in the process.

My approach has always been about acknowledging and owning where you are in your journey, today. Are you an ex-athlete trying to re-motivate? A beginner? Recovering from an injury, coming back after having a child or just in need of something new to motivate you. No matter where you are there is a place for you here. There is no one-size-fits all method and no day is the same. Listen to your body, do what feels right and most importantly have fun while doing it.
